Who we are?
Solutions at Work, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness by providing individuals and families with resources and opportunities to strengthen their self-confidence, achieve self-sufficiency, and participate in helping others.

To ease the burdens of the city's unhoused population Solutions at Work manages a homeless shelter for men and women on Green Street in Cambridge, MA. Solutions also runs an evening meals program for unhoused individuals 5 days a week in Central Square.

Many of us are blessed with a roof over our head, a warm place to sleep, a nice meal on the table and have a job to help buy the things we need and want. However there are also too many people that do not share this precious gift of a comfortable life. Today I am asking you to make a difference in someone’s life by supporting our Gala.

We are excited to announce our inaugural gala, a night filled with good food and drink, live music, activism, and community building for Solutions. The ongoing homelessness crisis will never stop growing, but here at Solutions, our mission is to bring programs to support the underserved of the Cambridge area.

This will be hosted at the Venezia Restaurant Boston on SEPTEMBER 22, 2023 from 6:00PM-10:00PM. Here is a posting from a well-regarded reporter, Emmalyn Reid giving a tour of the venue.
