Solutions at Work is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works tirelessly to send aid to those who need it the most. Several of our board members have been homeless, and know firsthand what needs are the most important.
For over 30 years, we have been supporting families, finding jobs, and advocating for positive change.
Our Programs
We treat everyone fairly without regard to race, creed, color, gender, sexuality, or religion.
Children's Item Exchange
Upgrade your children’s wardrobe and playtime with our unique swap-in program. Trade your kids’ gently-used clothes, hats, shoes, and books for fresh age-appropriate items from our thoughtfully curated selection.
Professional Attire Program
Elevate your career with our interview-ready attire and accessories. Our services are available to empower individuals who are part of local job-training programs. Dress with confidence and conquer your dreams!
Where to find us
Our office is located in the basement of Old Baptist Church Cambridge. There is only metered parking at this site.
